In earlier days, the right software and hardware modules were missing and gcs filled up these gaps with new developments, satisfying our customers. Today's problems are not anymore the availability of the best fitting hardware and software solutions, but the interoperability.

More than once, gcs helped to fix problems originated by the customer's system or arising out of integration problems and not by the module we had originally delivered. This makes the difference using gcs's services: if requested by the customer, we are concerned about the whole system, instead of only shipping a single piece of hardware or software without integrating them in the customer's system.

That is why gcs wants to be involved already in the planning phase. Being in a position to provide our experience prior to the project start i.e. in the definition or planning phase, gcs ensures that the gcs delivered components work together and integrate flawlessly with the existing system or with components delivered by 3rd parties.

We can also offer our experience for upgrading existing systems to new technologies like DVB-S2, ULE, GSE or IPv6.

Our own components can also be simply integrated into new and existing setups using the standard SNMP interfaces or our feature-rich XML-RPC-based interface called Flex:RPC. This interface allows the easy realisation of sophisticated systems which required tight component integration, for example ACM-based systems.
